MAD RELIGION

Inspired by traditional tattoo motifs of religious icons (Gods) and wordplay, I created a series to express the parallels between the religious journey and the psychedelic trip. Just for fun and the urge to create.

CUSTOM HI CUTS

Inspired by the Japanese traditional woodblock prints that influenced their tattoo culture, I put a Japanese tattoo style koi on one side of the Converse High Cut while the other side has the praying hands with the words Prey on them. The reason for the “Prey/Pray” hands is just a way of illustrating my disgust of those few men who hold positions of power in the Church but abuse young children.

I also did some chalkboard murals for Bricklane Bar.

A New Years Eve Mural inspired by 70’s Hippie culture and Ernie Barne’s famous “Sugar Shack” painting.
